    CIMG0617
in the oven. I was so impatient.

    CIMG0618
    finished baking!!

    CIMG0620
tada!! finished product!! yes I know it's ugly. shut up.

I remember when I was young, our whole family hated mooncakes. and what we used to do was receive mooncakes from some family friend, and give it away to another until they return the favour so we can give it to the first family friend. lol. yes, we just traded the ones we got =P. how very cheap. but yeah, since 2 years ago? we started eating it again. AND THIS YEAR WE'RE ON OUR 3RD BOX. O__________________-----o||. I swear moonlight resonance has made us on a mooncake craze. for those who don't watch it, YOU SHOULD.

went to encasa last night for dinner with friends. quite yummy =]. wanted to go k with bro afterwards but yeah, mum wouldn't let ==". so we watched forbidden kingdom last night till O13O instead. what else what else? OH! went to video ezy today again =P. got apocalypto. I hope it's good.

    ...iwantahaircut.

ps. for those who know where I live, you guys should come to my place and check out the pretty tree. =P. IT'S PINK and BLOOMING. [I shan't post photos up in case strangers decided to stalk me]

blogging time again!! eww vivo. no-one wants to read your boring blogs. shut up.

Wednesday - photocopied the whole 3umaths paper folder from mrW. TOOK ME SO LONG. then went to chem enrichment classes. once again, Edward Yip freaked me and Kerry out. LOL. then maths tutored and talked to Daniel for a while. unsw interviews came out. what else happened? OH. dinner was DELICIOUS.

Thursday - last day of economics with msC. *cry. she's my favourite female teacher. I'm going to miss her so much. umm yeah, had a party [photos will be up soon] and she gave each of us a personal letter and brought us so much food. yes, I love msC:
    eco_02<3 she's the best

Friday - spent double free + recess + chem photocopying 2umaths papers from mrW. but I guess it was worth it. Nicholas you better not loose it!! photo-spammed a lot. mrW was saying how we'll be the last year he'll see walk out of James Ruse. and it just hit me that we're going to graduate soon. *cry. damn it makes me sad. caught the late bus to Epping again with Joon, Irene, JasonK, Denise, JoshuaT. t'was fun =]. went to Kenny's cafe [I NEVER KNEW IT WASN'T CALLED KENNY'S CAFE.] yes, it's called "me n u" I think, under the Genesis building. and me bumped into Jean LindaZ and RohanS. blah blah blah. Kenny let me go into the store and make my own iced chocolate!! yes, he is the AWESOME.

    CIMG0596
yes, I know it's quite disgustingly fatty looking but hey, this is my first time ok. [it has extra ice-cream in it =D.] and stupid korr drank it without stirring so his mouth got filled with chocolate at the bottom. LOL. but yes, thanks for the shout and long time no talk =].

    1309_10
why do people say we look alike? it's OBVIOUS that I'm much better looking right? =P

met some other people on my way back home. seriously, Epping has too many people around that I can never walk out looking like crap. I walked out today looking like this just to get something from the car:
    CIMG0604
and I just so happen to be lucky enough to be seen by our new neighbours [all the old one's have seen worse]. how disgusting. oh btw, check out my eyebrow twitch. I have managed to master the art of eyebrow twitching =P.

    ...whyi'mgoodthankyou.

    soagainstFGM

I've actually wanted to blog about this a while ago, but got either too busy/lazy to. But yes, NOW I REMEMBERED. for those who don't know, FGM = female genital mutilation [female version of circumcision] I researched on it a few months back (can't remember why) and I really never knew how PAINFUL it was. I'm guessing you guys know about circumcision for guys - trust me, FGM is much worse [imo]. I'll leave the details and facts out for now but yeah, I strongly recommend you to Google it [some of the pictures are quite disturbing though.] really want to do something about it. yes I know, it's none of your business vivo. but seriously, most of the victims ok, sorry for the negative connotation people who went through this did not have a say.
these are some of the reasons they practice it:
    [x] custom and tradition
[x] religion; in the mistaken belief that it is a religious requirement
    [x] preservation of virginity/chastity
[x] social acceptance, especially for marriage
    [x]
    hygiene and cleanliness
[x] increasing sexual pleasure for the male
    [x] family honour
[x] a sense of belonging to the group and conversely the fear of social exclusion
    [x] enhancing fertility

I'm sorry, but the things so called "reasons" for doing it that are bolded are just plain bull. GAH. ok, I believe I should change the topic before hitting another 500 words of rant.

on a lighter note. hrm, what did I want to talk about? nothing much really.

Saturday, was unsw open day. got home at.. 11OO+pm the night before and woke up heaps early for the O93O lecture was I was TIRED. crappiest weather of the year. my shoes were filled with water and my jeans were soaked, and they ripped as well ==". so funny how most of the bins on campus were filled with broken and snapped umbrellas. and Katrina and I running around like... I don't know, wet chickens? *flaps my chicken wings. I really like the campus though =P, I think it's much better than usyd. and the lectures are much more interesting. roundhouse was cool =D. got all these freebies [fairy floss, popcorn, pens, red jelly beans, Rubik's cube - I swear it's killing my studies] but my brother was late so no free lunch and  Raymond didn't have the coupons for it when I asked =( meh. oh another funny things was how 1/4 of the medicine lecture was filled with ruse. sigh. met many many people, most of whom I cbb to say "hi" to.

then went city with Katrina and Nicholas. KATRINA AND NICHOLAS. [they hate it when I spell their name in full =P] blah blah blah. met up with Jeff [long time =D], Fred, Ricky then Diana and Flora. kind of lost my patience. I'm sorry. umm, won't expand on what happened cos nothing much did happen. my bad. I take that back. It had it's fun bits, maybe the weather and the fact how I was still slightly sick kidnapped the excitement.

went home early for hotpot and to talk with Jennifer. I hope it helped? oh, Pretty Women was on that night =D. I <33 it no matter how many times I've watched it.

Sunday. went to Macquarie and got my eyes checked and bought random stuff. my eyesight has worsened. gah. but the optometrist was sooooooooo very nice. =] [and not bad looking either =P] jokes, I don't hit on randoms. paid my Uncle and Grandpa a visit. When the Chatswood line is done, I want to visit them every month with beautiful flowers. went out for dinner. seriously shouldn't have done that. I got all bitter and I admit, slightly jealous. meh.

apparently, the school dance this Wednesday is cancelled. which means I don't need to go around asking people to buy my dance ticket off me. how very convenient. feel sorry for people who've spent so much effort and time and money into organising it. I'm sure it would've been awesomely fun on the farm.

wanted to say a huge HI on all the people who deserve a mention and I've met in these past few days. yuh. my time to shut up has come again.

    ...becausethisislife.

ps. my wave is COOL ok. it is a distinct wave. not window wiping.

    15Oth blog!!

say happy 15Oth to my blog!! yup, that's right, say it loud and cheerfully with a grin at your monitor. =D. can't believe this is only my 150th. I thought it would've been my, I don't know, 1000th? anyway, yes, you can tell I AM excited.

random shout outs before I forget. well, not very random but yeah:
    HAPPY 18TH WEI HAO!!
    CONGRATULATIONS MIKE LEONG!!

I know there should be 1000x more shout outs than that, but sorry, these are the most recent ones which I can fish out of my peanut-sized brain.

stayed at home today coughing my lungs out. helped mum clean the home a bit.
mum "I'm not touching that area" *points to my desk
me "dw. I wouldn't want to either"

and for Diana who does not believe that I can be messy, here are some photos of my slightly cleaned post-trials mess in a lame attempt to find my keys and mouse today:

    CIMG0538
my slightly cleaned up desk in my room.

    CIMG0540 bookshelf in sunroom.

I realised that doing maths will cure all sickness. that's right. ALL SICKNESS. the only time when I've stopped coughing was when I was trying to catch up on the 5 weeks of tutoring homework/test corrections in the 2 hours. but then I got too excited in my simple harmonic waves which resulted in the explosion of my beloved apple scented pen:

    DSC01525
yes, it is unfixable. it just randomly shot outwards towards the sofa when I was drawing a tide graph. [sorry for crappy quality. I used my phone camera]

I saw missK and missC today at pho sam. hi =].

rice rally was awesome. I'll post photos up later. really want to talk a lot about it, but my stomach is hurting too much so yeah, kind of want to end my blog maybe after another 500 words. and It's probably something personal. but yes, it was a fun day yeah? [Katrina + Megan ]

what happened this week? I can only remember what happened after school.
    Monday - formal invitation making
Tuesday - iscf leader's meeting + chem tutoring
Wednesday - carlo courted with Diana + maths tutoring. got sick.
Thursday - forgot what happened. but I got home late. OH. I just want to say how nice the guy who works at the Epping Video Ezy is. he only charged me 50c for something that was overdue for a week.
Friday - forgot what happened today too. but yes, got home late as well. and I was too sick to go Crossfire. sorry =(.

Saturday, woke up "uber early" [for a Saturday] and caught train with Tina, Belinda, Sophia and various people we met on the way to Usyd open day. felt so bad for the UTS promo people at the bus stands. and sorry Katrina!! I made her come to all these boring lectures that she wasn't interested in and we missed her pharmacy one. =(. sorry. what a crap friend. I know. the law lecture DID NOT STIR MY INTEREST AT ALL. sorry, but obviously the "art of persuasion" the lady talked about failed quite miserably. went out after 30 minutes with Katrina and talked. =) let's to that another time!! then met up with others blah blah blah. then went city. blah blah blah. [my stomach hurts ok. I cbb to type.] just wanted to say that me and Katrina can become quite pov. LOL.
"I only have 60cent sin my wallet"
    "yeah, me too"

and this is when Flora will chuck us a dirty. felt sorry for her two friends. LOL. t'was a fun afternoon =].
walked to my friend's place at Hurstville at around 53O. nearly got lost. IT WAS COLD. and I think that walk made me even more sick. and I died on Sunday, hence, I stayed at home today. and sorry Diana for wasting 5 minutes of your time ranting to you about clutches. LOL. they suck.

ok, my stomach ache has become unbearable and my blog has probably become unbearable for you to read. so-long and fare-well.

    ...when did we stop dreaming?

ps. just had a AWESOMELY interesting conversation with Kenny Kung the maths king.
"Jay and Sheena weren't in class today either" [me and Kenny are both sick today]
    "yeah, they have VA"
"yeh. lol, that would have left Jimmy and Arthur and Haidee... assuming they went to school"
    - 1 minute later -
"lol Arthur wasn't at school today either"
"aww, I just realised maths 7 is full of bludgers"
"lol. maybe that's why people are in maths 7"

    lol. so true Kenny.

pps. I just wanted to say, I LOVE MATHS SEVEN. probably one of the things I will really miss when I graduate.
